- The mountain-moving hero.
Some people believe that love has the power to move mountains. Although it was not humanly conceivable, Dashrath Manjhi, commonly known as the "Mountain Man," got near. His wife collapsed while crossing a neighboring hill one day and suffered serious injuries. She required immediate medical attention, but owing to the hill that separated their little settlement from the next town, this was not feasible.
Sadly, his wife died as a result of the
horrific injuries before Dashrath could intervene. Dashrath Manjhi decided to
construct a short passage through the mountain that night in order to provide
his tribe with better access to medical help.
It was a bold initiative for which he was roundly mocked.
However, a route was built into the slope after 22 years of dedication and
courage. Despite being scorned and scorned at first for his aim to improve
access to the surrounding town for his community, he was eventually successful.
His life's work was instrumental in reducing the distance between the two towns
from 55 kilometers to 15 kilometers, ensuring that such an event would never
occur again.
- It's prom night, and it's well-deserved.
Alex and his grandma have always shared a special affinity. He would sit with her for hours, listening to his grandmother's life stories. She once informed him that she hadn't seen his granddad since high school graduation.
This was also the reason she had never been asked to prom. Alex's
grandma was ecstatic for him on the day of his prom arrived. She had been
watching him save for months in order for him to be able to purchase a tuxedo and
possibly a limousine.
His
grandma couldn't wait to hear who Alex was going to prom with. He told her,
however, that he would be bringing her to prom, much to her astonishment. He
informed her that any woman, whether she was eighteen or eighty, deserved to go
to prom.

Despite the fact that practically everyone had given up hope, including the doctors, he remained optimistic that she would recover. Every time he went to see her, he started chatting to her and telling her about all the wonderful times they had together.
When he showed her the footage of their
wedding day one day, she started to move her hand gently. She began to regain
consciousness after whispering his name.
She had fully healed many weeks after waking up and was eventually
permitted to leave the hospital for good. When the couple departed, she
informed Frank that she had heard his voice while in a coma and that it was his
voice that had been the most helpful in her waking up.

- There are no limbs or legs, but there is love.
After an improvised device exploded in Afghanistan in 2012, bomb disposal specialist Taylor Morris was seriously injured. The 23-year-old US military member lost all of his limbs in the explosion, and his life was forever changed.
Taylor was faced with the awful knowledge that his limbs had gone while recovering from his injuries in the hospital. He also had to accept that he would be completely reliant on others for the rest of his life.
Not
just for him, but also for his family and, in particular, his long-term partner
Danielle, it was a really terrible scenario. But, rather of abandoning
him, Danielle became Taylor's rock in life. She assisted him in his recovery
and looked after him through this difficult period.
Danielle was instrumental in Taylor's speedy recovery. She never left his side and was a huge help to him while he was learning to walk again with his new prosthetic limbs.
Taylor proposed to his adored fiancée and
they married once he recovered. It's a lovely conclusion to a very amazing love
tale, demonstrating that nothing can ever come between individuals who truly
love one other.
- A heartfelt parting present.
Gene had only been given six weeks to live when he was diagnosed with melanoma. It was a terrible prognosis, but Gene determined to make all of the necessary arrangements for his wife Carol, with whom he had been married for 30 years, using the time he had left.
He took his pension and used it to pay off the mortgage on the property they were living in. The next step was to plan a vacation to Italy for his wife Carol and the rest of the family. A priest was already waiting for them when they arrived at a certain church in Venice.
Gene's parents were married at this church more than 50 years
ago. Gene and Carol reaffirmed their wedding vows on that day, and it was the
most beautiful day of their lives.
Gene's wife Carol found after he died that he had hidden hundreds of Post-it notes throughout the home just before he died. She found one message after another over the period of several months.
The cards are
lovely and extremely personal messages aimed to cheer Carol up through this
trying period. But, in these words, Gene also advised his wife to completely
appreciate every facet of life, to sell his automobile, and to go on with her
life. It was the most touching parting present one could imagine.
- A Surgery.
Complications began to emerge when a surgeon operated on a little child. She needed a blood transfusion after losing a lot of blood. She did, however, have blood type O, which the hospital did not have. As a result, the surgeon requested permission to collect blood from the girl's younger brother, who was also an O-type.
He stated that it was vital, or as he put it,
a life or death situation. The small youngster, who appeared to be scared, sat
in quiet for a few seconds before agreeing. He stood up and embraced and kissed
his folks farewell.
After the nurses had collected his blood, he nervously inquired whether they knew how long he had left to live. He was certain that he would die so that his sister may survive.
And he was ready to go. When the
nurses noticed the small kid was afraid he was about to die, they consoled him
and assured him that he still had many lovely and pleasant decades ahead of
him.
- The "make-up artist".
Dave is a make-up artist who teaches makeup arts at the local community college on a regular basis. The bulk of his students are usually middle-aged housewives looking to improve their cosmetic talents. But there was one time when he taught a lesson to men as well.
The new pupil was a gentleman
in his prime, with an insatiable desire to learn about cosmetics. He was eager
to learn whatever he could and would not stop until he was happy with the
outcome of his efforts.
When the other ladies were alone, it was understandable that the male was the main topic of talk.
Speculations began to circulate swiftly.
Was he a transvestite, perhaps? Why would he go to a class like this? Because
the community college was located in a conservative rural location, the other
students were sceptical of the man's motives.
Throughout the training, the man paid close attention and took meticulous notes on all he learnt.
As the day and lesson drew to a close, the
outside attendees couldn't contain their excitement any longer. When they
eventually questioned why he was so interested in makeup artistry, he responded
with the loveliest and motivating response:
“You know, my loving wife's eyesight was partially destroyed due to diabetes,” he explained. She can't put on her makeup anymore.
I believe
she's stunning, even when she's not wearing makeup. She is aware of this, and I
remind her of it on a daily basis. However, she simply does not feel
comfortable leaving the house without make-up on. She never left the house
without putting on some sort of make-up.
Seeing my life's love in this state makes me very sad. As a
result, I decided to enroll in this course in order to surprise her! I want to
learn how to do her cosmetics, but I also want her to wear the most beautiful
make-up so that her inner beauty shows through on the outside.”
- A different person.
Natalie once discovered a battered journal in her father's toolbox. It was his diary, which he began writing when he was about the age of eighteen. Natalie adores her father, who is not only the finest father but also her mother's kind and caring spouse.
So it wasn't easy for her to open the diary, but she ultimately chose to do so since she was inquisitive about his life. The diary's most recent entry was a hurriedly written paragraph.
He was
18 years old, an alcoholic who had dropped out of college and had a criminal
record, according to the entry. Her father also said that he will
become a teen parent a month later in the journal post. He told himself,
though, that he would straighten out his life. He'd become the father of his
unborn child.
